Over the years, I have worked across a range of nutrition settings, which has given me a broad and well-rounded perspective as a dietitian. My work has included private practice, high-performance sport, corporate wellness, industry education, and university teaching.
I currently support clients across a wide range of nutrition concerns, from gut health, women’s health, and metabolic health through to sports nutrition, body composition, and general healthy eating. I also deliver workshops, presentations and cooking classes to sporting clubs, workplaces, gyms, and community groups.
What I enjoy most about being a dietitian is helping people move away from overwhelm and confusion, and toward a calmer, more confident approach to food.
I aim to make nutrition feel realistic, supportive, and achievable — not restrictive or all-or-nothing.
